Certified in sports nutrition, corrective exercises, and more, Coach Lee introduces his abilities to motivate consistency in following prescribed individual programs for weight loss and other fitness needs:

My name is Bryan Lee and I would like to share my personal journey that led me to start Dynamic Nutrition. I have been overweight most of my life. I love food, but never had restraint to stop eating. I could devour a bag of chips while drinking a certain yellow soda like it was water! I am 5’5’’ and I hit 240lbs at my heaviest. I started dieting and lost weight, but I was never truly healthy. The irony is I have always participated in some sport, such as Wrestling, BJJ, Baseball, etc. I constantly worked out and yet, I was overweight.
I lost about 50 lbs. on my own. I was working out and loving it. During this phase of my life I learned more and more about fitness. I never knew weightlifting could be so fun and rewarding. I was still missing something. Lifting weights makes you lean and strong, right? Yet, the results weren’t there. I was fatiguing, with long work hours and intense gym schedules. Eat less and you will lose weight! Right? I started working with a Nutrition Specialist, I was eating more and I felt amazing! The results came in! It was tough at first trying to figure out clean foods to eat, how to weigh them and measure what I was eating. Keeping restraint while working in a kitchen!
This led me to where I am today. I eat clean, workout, and feel amazing! I want to help people get started on this path, while making it easy as possible. So, I went back to get to school to get my certifications in Sports Nutrition, Personal Training and more! I hope you will join me on the journey to a healthier life!

Dynamic Nutrition is awesome. I competed at the Pans Jiu-Jitsu in 2021. I needed to cut 25 lbs and only had less than 3 months to do it. Dynamic Nutrition helped me accomplish this. It was a healthy weight cut with daily checks and weekly assessments to keep me on track. I was able to meet my goal and had a great tournament. If I decide to compete again I look forward to working with Dynamic Nutrition again.
Bryan is the man! I met him training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a martial art in which he is high ranked at.
Since the beginning of our relationship I have been able to lose a ton of lbs of body fat, gain a lot in muscle mass (check my before and after pics), all thanks to his dialed in methods and his constant follow ups.
All I got to do is follow his guidance and be disciplined about it, every time I would ask him questions they immediately get answered, any day of the week. It is great to know that I am not in this alone, that I can count on his expertise and advise.

Despite working out on a regular basis, I was not losing weight like I was hoping. This is when I turned to Bryan and Dynamic Nutrition. With his help, I was able to lose the 6 lbs I had not been able to drop. He was great to work with even with my crazy work and travel schedule. The weekly check ins helped hold me accountable. Even with me being vegetarian, he was able to guide me towards creating a better nutrition plan that has since helped me keep the weight off. I would highly recommend using Dynamic Nutrition.
